Buca Toronto to launch second location at the new Four Seasons Toronto in Yorkville

The gift that keeps on giving, I was very excited to learn that with the already impending arrival of Cafe Boulud of acclaimed chef Daniel Boulud, the much lauded and Toronto favourite Buca Toronto helmed by Executive Chef Rob Gentile will be opening a second restaurant at the new Four Seasons Toronto projected to open this coming October. The restaurant will seat 70, 3500-square-foot space smaller than the King Street flagship that will be true to Gentile’s vision of highlighting premium ingredients” that “reinterpret classic Italian fare.” The restaurant will have a Bar Buca said to be opening at the front of the restaurant, serving coffee and pastries in the morning and wine in the afternoon. Looking forward to Executive Chef Rob Gentile new venture! Yorkville‘s restaurant scene looks promising and exciting times indeed!
