Prime Steakhouse at the Windsor Arms

Tundra Restaurant at the Hilton Toronto recently reopens to introduced its refresh Tundra restaurant to the community with a new design, menu and communal lobby space. The menu is Canadian inspired and helm by executive chef Kevin Prendergast which sources local ingredients, herbs from the hotel’s garden and cheese from Toronto-based Cheese Boutique. The space transformation features elements of fire, Earth, wood and metal with designs such as tangerine-coloured hues to evoke the Northern Lights and wood accents in the floors and tabletops.
