CHEF GUY RUBINO: Guy Rubino is Canadian chef residing in Toronto. His accolades and restaurants have enjoyed worldwide acclaim. Zoom, Rain, Luce and soon to open Strada 241 are some examples of his accomplishments. Guy along with his brother hosted and produced their internationally celebrated television show Made To Order. The show that was originally made for Food Network Canada blossomed into over 200 countries. Currently the brothers are soon to open Strada 241 celebrating the casual cuisine of Campania in Italy where their family roots began and still reside.
BEER ACADEMY: Nestled in the heart of downtown Toronto, the Beer Academy features a small-batch craft brewery, a tasting room and beer shop, and an inviting beer café where guests can relax with their favourite pint.
