I was introduced to meditation in synergy with my yoga practice a few years ago. I’ve been intrigued to incorporate meditation towards my daily life for the reasons that I’ve accepted fully my inability to concentrate on one particular thing or though to point it blankly Attention Deficit Disorder. Meditation is the art of silencing the mind and is a way to literally rewire the way your brain works. When the mind is silent, concentration is increased and we experience inner peace in the midst of chaos around us. As evidence with colleagues whom have been practicing for years have done wonders and quality everyone can benefit from.
